Life in the Body
Welcome to APTAB! Whether this is your first time with us or you’ve called this your church home for years, we are so glad you’re here. God designed His church to be more than a gathering—it is a living body, joined together by His Spirit.
The Apostle Paul reminds us that the church is the body of Christ. Just like in the natural body, when a hand or a foot is severed, it cannot survive on its own. But when a member stays connected—even if wounded, bruised, or weak—there is hope for healing because life continues to flow from the body. The same is true in the church: when we stay connected, life begins to flow—
And with it all comes the overflowing presence of the Lord.
We are a multicultural, multigenerational church family, honoring the wisdom of the past, embracing the vibrancy of the present, and preparing the next generation for the future—where people from every background and season of life are welcomed into one body in Christ. We may not always speak the same earthly language, but we are united by the language of the Spirit as we speak in other tongues when the Holy Ghost moves within us.
Our mission is to help people from all nations follow Jesus through the power of the Holy Ghost. As we live out our vision—Honoring God. Loving People. Living Truth. Seeing Revival.—we discover that joy multiplies when we share life together.
Connection also means walking out our values as one body. We depend on the Spirit, we love without limits, and we protect unity. We welcome everyone because in Christ’s body every member matters. Even in seasons of hurt, connection to the body keeps us alive, brings restoration, and allows us to grow stronger together.
So today, lean into connection. Shake a hand, lift your hands in worship, get up and dance before the Lord, and open your heart to God and His people. Joy is here—and where joy flows, healing, deliverance, strength, and restoration flow too.
